Familiarise yourself with the rules and our code of conduct
A detailed set of rules can be viewed on our League Rules page, these sit alongside our Code of Conduct. Every player competing agrees to abide by the Code of Conduct, failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, as outlined in our complaints process.
The League Rules also include a summary of the relevant changes for this year.
Captains - before the season
Before the season starts you need to look on the competition site to check that:
your team's fixtures look ok
your contact details are correct
the player list is up to date
If any players are missing then ask your Club Admin to add them to your player list.
Captains - during the season
Before a match is played, and as early as possible, check that the players due to feature in that match appear on your player list. If they don't then inform your club admin(s) so they can be added. Players should only feature once added to this list.
Home captains must update the system no later than 5 days after the scheduled match date with either:
The match result
The new fixture date (in the event of a postponement)
Away captains must check that the result is correct and inform the home captain if an error has been made.
The videos below shows how to enter results, covering the majority of scenarios you'll come across.
There are two different ways of recording this on the system. It is up to the winning team as to which option they would prefer. Both options record the correct score but option 2 ensures that the winning team's individual 'results' are logged.
Option 1 (quickest way).
When inputting the result select +match status
In the drop down menu choose 'match not played xxx did not show'
Click Save
Click Save (always 'double save')
Option 2 (to perserve individual results)
In the rubber results screen enter the name(s) of the player(s) on the 'winning' team.
Leave the losing teams players and scores completely blank
Click +score status
Update the score status drop down to Walkover
Update the Winner drop down with the winning team
Click Save
Repeat for all rubbers
Click Save
If a team comes with an incomplete squad then each rubber that would have featured that player or pair is considered a walkover and the points are awarded to the 'winnig team'.

Leave the losing teams players and any scores completely blank
Click +score status
Update the score status drop down to Walkover
